Padmapulse is a vibrant community dedicated to exploring inner harmony and wellness through movement. Its inception coincided with Charlotte Alleaume's personal quest for well-being. Derived from Sanskrit, "Padma" signifies the lotus flower, which thrives amidst the mud, rooting itself deeply in the earth before blooming above the water. This symbolic imagery fuels Padma's ethos: regardless of your circumstances, ground yourself in existence and unleash your full potential. "Pulse" symbolizes the heartbeat, emphasizing the importance of focusing on one's heartbeat as a means of refocusing and centering oneself.

Charlotte's personal journey has taken her across the globe from a young age, exposing her to diverse cultures, people, and lifestyles. Embracing well-being early on, yoga has become an integral part of her life. Infused with sensitivity and creativity, she now shares the transformative tools that have brought her peace on a daily basis.
Her classes are carefully crafted to foster self-awareness, connection with oneself and others, and an understanding of both inner and outer worlds. Recognizing the impact of memories, thoughts and feelings on everyday life, Charlotte's courses enable participants to create a certain distance in their impact.
