VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa classes are dynamic and fluid, linking poses to the rhythm of the breath. They build strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the mind. Suitable for all levels, these sessions promote focus and harmony between body and mind.

HATHA YOGA
